pay dirt?
I made a composter today. My mom and I went to Home Depot (crowded on Sunday) and bought a 44 gal trash can. I spent about 15 minutes drilling holes all over the can with a 3/4" drill bit. It was awesome. The bit cut through the rubber like butter. I found saving the planet extremely satisfying. We'll see how the cooking goes, I can't wait to put the kitchen waste out there.
I am also working on, okay, going to start working on (the deadline is March 20th, I have plenty of time) a piece about the Orlando Assoc. of Realtors for Orlando Homebuyer Magazine. Yeah, the publication is mostly 80 glossy pages of advertsements, but the thing is free. They're paying me, and I love that part.
