Harlequin Big Bang claims are up! I'm doing this one:

Title: Looking for Heaven
Pairing: Steve Rogers/Tony Stark
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Regency AU. When young Lord Anthony Stark learns Steven Rogers has enlisted in the army, he thinks he's seen the last of his tiny, headstrong, haughty stable boy. But three years later, Lord Stark gets an unexpected visit from Steve, whose mother has fallen gravely ill and into financial ruin. Even more unexpected, Steve and Tony agree to a shocking proposal: they will marry, giving Steve the necessary funds to save his mother, and Tony the much-needed reprieve from harassing would-be suitors. It is a business arrangement, nothing more. But as time goes on and circumstances arise, Tony begins to learn that keeping his heart away from his husband is easier said than done.

I was torn between that one and # 5 on the list, because Thor/Loki would be really fun to draw harlequin-style (flowing hair!), but the thought of drawing Tony Stark in Regency-era clothing... aka basically Tony Stark as Mr. Darcy... yeah, I needed to do that.

It's been a busy couple of weeks - got all moved in two weeks ago to my new place and have been gradually getting it set up. Mostly it's just my bedroom and the hallway closet now that are still disaster zones. But I made progress this weekend! I haven't really had time to do much of anything since I moved in. I've been really tired in the evenings (recovering from working the Saturday and then moving on Sunday), and then I was at Emerald City Comic Con all of last weekend. Which was fun but tiring. Then all of this week I was even more tired in the evenings because of the cumulation of the past two weekends. So this weekend was my "do fuck all" weekend. Still managed to make progress getting my apartment in order and finally doing laundry, but also slept in and lay around on the couch watching season 1 of American Horror Story and weaving in ends on my damned never-ending Tardis blanket. Went out and saw Oz: The Great and Powerful last night which was better than I expected. Didn't get home until 1am which of course was actually 2am, and then slept in to 10am aka 11am. And then had pancakes for brunch. Awesome. :)

ECCC was fun. I'm not up to writing a long report right now... just finished responding to a bunch of outstanding emails and want to go watch Once Upon a Time. Short version: Misha's panel was hysterical as always, Felicia Day & Wil Wheaton are lovely and funny and awesome as expected (I've never seen them at a con before), I finally got to see an actor from Babylon 5 (Walter Koenig, who will forever be Al Bester to me first, and Chekhov second, because when I first watched B5 at age 13 I didn't even know he was ON Star Trek lol), and I spent a lot of time walking around the exhibition hall spending money. Got some shiny Avengers fanart. Good timing since my walls are mostly bare since moving in, so I can now decorate...

Yup it was tragic. (and thanks to chaeche for the pic! It's perfect.)
