Quick post to say - wooo looks like Thor will be in 2D at some theatres after all! Now that it's out there are suddenly non-3D versions on the schedule... So guess I didn't need to buy the glasses. ^^ but they'll still be helpful if I want to go to a movie with friends who want to see it in 3D...

Oooooh. Yay! And the main theatre, too! (I just looked it up.) I'm cool with 2D. Doubt the 3D makes it much cooler, really.

Yup! It's regular price in 2D ($12.50 I think) versus $15.50 in 3D. quettalinde and I are going next weekend downtown and I'm cool if you want to come. :) for obvious privacy reasons I won't say her real name here, but she's come with me to fontanas a few times and was at the x-mas party so you may recognize her.

Just wanted to let you know... if you're interested in coming with us, we're going Wednesday at 6:40 to the Burrard theatre (or we could do Thursday, either day is fine). quettalinde's friend is joining us, too, and you're welcome to come along. :) Will prob do dinner beforehand, too.
