Summary: Jin meets Kame through an accident and falls in love. But things get a little more complicated as someone else falls in love w/ Jin. (I suck at summaries... XP)

"WHAT?!?!??!??!?!?!?" They all shouted.
"SHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Kame told them all. "Don't be so loud."
And so they covered their mouths w/ their hands.
Ueda rushed his way over to the side of his best friend and asked, "Since when were you 2 an item?"
"This morning." Kame answered casually.
"Was that why you stopped replying to me this morning?"
"Yeah..." Kame said with a big grin on his face.
Ueda's jaw dropped once again. "You were still asking me for advice about to do.. Now.. You're together. Wow.."
Everyone's faces were still filled w/ shock.
"Aren't you guys happy for us?" Jin asked them, sounding a bit disappointed.
They snapped out of their shock when they noticed the sad looks on the couples faces.
"N-No.. It's not that. Of course we're happy!" Pi hurried to say. "We're just..shocked."
"Yeah. We're happy for you guys! We just didn't expect you guys to get together so soon..." Kusano said, rubbing the back of his head.
"Oh.. It's ok, I understa- Wait... You EXPECTED this?" Kame said, now being the one who is shocked.
"Oh, right.... We forgot to tell you, we told them about.. you liking Kame-chan..." Pi grinned sheepishly.
"Yeah.. We even made a plan for you guys to end up together w/o Kara being hurt." Ryo added.
"How is that exactly? She's in love with Jin." Kame asked them.
"That's easy. We know someone who is in love with her. And so we just have to make her fall for him instead." Pi said casually.
"And who is that?"
"This dude over here." he said, pulling Kusano closer. "He seems to have a thing for you Kamenashi folks."
"Kusano? You like Kara? And what do you mean by 'has a thing for us Kamenashi folks'?" Kame eyed Pi and Kusano.
"You see. He seems to find you very-" Pi wasn't able to speak because Kusano covered his mouth and all that can be heard was his mumbling into Kusano's hand.
"Oh. It's nothing. Ignore his words." Kusano said as he smiled nervously.
"No. I wanna hear what he has to say." Kame said as he pulled away Kusano's hand w/ Jin following him from behind.
"I said, he happens to think you're very cool and pretty." Pi continued.
"Hey! Back-off pal! He's my boyfriend, not your's! Stay away punk!" Jin yelled as he pushed Kusano, almost causing him to fall and then yanked Kame away.
"See! This is why I put my hand over your mouth to shut you up! Because I know Jin-kun will react that way." Kusano glared at Pi.
"Sorry....?" Pi grinned sheepishly.
Kusano sighed. "Anyway... I just admire Kazuya-kun. That's all. I like Kara a lot. So Jin-kun. No need to act that way."
"Oh.. Ahehehe.." Jin said still keeping his grip on Kame.
"Uh.. Jin?"
"Yesh, my Kazu?" Jin replied in a childish tone.
"Uhmm.. Would you mind.. uhm.. I dunno.. letting go of me before you rip my arms off." Kame said first in a soft in sweet voice w/c turned into a serious and threatening voice.
"Oh." the other said as he let go. "Sorry."
"Thank you." Kame muttered as he fixed his clothes. "So. What's this plan of yours?"
"Oh. Right." Ryo said as he signaled everyone to huddle together.
"So here's the NEW plan since Kazuya and Jin are together already we have to take that part out....."

Kara woke up in the middle of the night. It was already 10 pm. She got up and walked around her house to try and familiarize herself once again. Just as she was about to reach the stairs, she saw Kusano on the other side.
"Kusano-kun." she called and came after him.
He smiled when he saw where the familiar voice came from. "Oh, you're awake."
"Yeah. Uhm... Where's everyone else?"
"Oh, uhm.. You're brother's in his room. And I think the others are sleeping in the guest room."
"So.. they're sleeping over? Is.. Jin-kun there, too?" she blushed a bit.
"I think so.."
"Oh... What about you? Where are you going?"
"I just wanted to go out for a walk.. Wanna come with? I can show you the places we always go to before." Kusano invited her with a warn smile.
"A-Are you sure? I might be a burden to you if I go along.." Kara muttered looking down.
"Don't be silly. You won't be a burden. You're my best friend. So, what'd you say? Wanna come along?"
"Ok." Kara smiled back.
And so they walked down the stairs and out the door. But before they left, Kusano looked back and signalled the others who were now sitting by the bars near the stairs that he completed phase one of their plan.

The two of them were now walking in the empty streets towards the park. Kara was quiet almost all through out the entire time but Kusano's small talk finally made her feel more comfortable and chat w/ him.
"We're here." Kusano said as he walked into the said area.
"This is....the park?" Kara hesiatantly asked as she followed him.
"Yeah.. This is probably one of the most memorable places for us." he told her, climbing up a tree and sitting on it's branch, patting the space beside him. "Come on, climb up."
"C-Climb... up? There?" she replied, both surprised and nervous at what the other said.
"Yeah. C'mon. Don't be afraid to climb up here. You always sit here everytime we go here." Kusano reached out a hand to her. "Here. Take my hand."
She did as she was told and he helped her get on the branch.
"There. Now that wasn't hard, was it?"
Kara just shook her head.
"Hey. Are you alright? You've been quiet since a while ago.." he asked, a bit worried.
"I'm still scared to remember.. What if all I see me being bad to everyone around me?" she said, obviously worried.
"I promise you this, you're not as bad as you thought you were. You're a better person than you think. True, you may have been very aggressive and brutal.. almost lethal.. and you may have been found to be intimidating and proved to have carried lots of sharp weapons-"
Kara's eyes grew wide, hearing those words. "L-Lethal? I'm... lethal?"
"Yeah... You can even hurt people using cones and stuff. I have to amit, the thing you did to my foot before really hurt.. And Massu I think still can't forget that cone incident." Kusano laughed a bit.
"Exactly.. with all those things... how am I a good person?"
"Well.. Just 'coz you're brutal, doesn't mean you're not nice. Often times when, we have problems, you're the one giving us advice. Of course, usually done in private and quickly 'coz you said you didn't want to get all sappy and trying to keep the tough and threatening image and all... But you always help when we need it... "
"Really?" this time, w/ a bit more cheer in her voice.
"Yep. Actually, there was one time I remember when you were probably at your nicest. I still have remembrance of that day actually." Kusano said, pulling a blood-stained handkerchief from his pocket. "Here it is."
"Is that.. blood?"
"Yep."
"Were you being sarcastic when you said 'at my nicest'?" she looked at the other confused.
"No. I was serious. There isn't blood here for the reason you think. Actually this used to be yours. You used this when you helped me when this guy kicked a ball to my face when we were playing ball when we were nine. You got mad at the guy and he ran off scared. Then you helped me and wiped the blood coming from my nose w/ this. I became dizzy so you assisted me in going home. Then you told me to keep this to wipe away the blood and you hugged me.. You never do that so I was really shocked and well.. happy.." he smiled while remembering that.
"O-Oh..." Kara was feeling a bit embarrassed at that time but she doesn't know why.
A few minutes passed by and no one spoke until Kusano noticed that she was shivering. He took off his sweater and placed it around Kara's shoulders.
"Here. So you won't get cold.."
"Thanks..." Kara muttered as she rested her head on Kusano's shoulders, feeling tired but not really sleepy, maybe because of trying to remember too many things..
Kusano, noticing this, smiled. "Hey. Tired already?"
Kara nodded, being too tired to speak.
"Ok. Let's go back to your house.." Kusano was about to jump down but Kara held onto his sleeve. "Kara? What is it?"
"I... wanna.. stay here..." she said softly.
"But.. don't you wanna go home to rest?"
"I'm.. too tired.. and... I'm sorry... " Kara told him w/o moving from current position.
"For what?"
"For.. you know.. everything I did you and everyone else. But mostly you.. I feel like I did more bad things to you than anyone else.." Kara replied, tightening her grip on his arm.
"Don't think about it anymore, alright? You can think of what happened to you as a chance to start all over. That's why you don't need to force yourself to remember everything that happened in the past." Kusano flashed a reassuring smile at her.
"Thank you... Notti-kun."
Kusano was a bit shocked to hear her call him by that nickname but it was all replaced by happiness soon after.

The rest were currently in Kame's room. They were all looking at him as he paced back and forth, worried because until now, they haven't returned yet.
"Where are they? It's almost midnight.." Kame said as he continued pacing.
"Calm down, Kazuya. She's with Kusano. You don't have to be worried. We've known him for years." Ueda told his friend trying to make stop worrying 'coz his pcing was making him dizzy.
"I know that.. but... it's late already. What if something happens to them?" he replied still sounding very worried.
Jin sighed and decided to make stop himslef. He didn't like his new boyfriend to be this distressed about anything.
"Kazu, stop worrying. I'm sure they'll be fine." he said as stood up and placed a hand on his lover's shoulder. Kame tried to say something but Jin cut him off. "I know you're just worried 'coz you care for her. I know. We care too. We all do. But you have to trust Kusano. They have known each other for years already. But if you really wanna know, you could just call, you know?" Jin told him, this time, flicking his forehead.
"Ouch..." Kame pouted at the latter's action but followed his advice anyway.

Kusano woke up because he felt something vibrate against his pants. He sleepily fished out his phone and answered it.
"Hello?"
"Kusano. Where are you?"
"Kazuya-kun?"
"Yeah, it's me. Now where's Kara? It's passed midnight and you haven't brought her home yet.."
"Oh.. She's right beside me but she's resting."
"Resting? Where you both? Did you do something?" Kame asked feeling a bit distressed and suspicious.
"No, no. We were just sitting in our usual tree in the park while I told her that this used to be our favorite hang out. Then she felt tired so I let her rest here and of course I won't leave her alone.."
"Ok. Ok. We'll pick out both up from the park. You might catch a cold or something." Kame hung up and grabbed his coat.
"Kazu, where're you going?" Jin asked before Kame left the room.
"I'll go get Kara and Kusano from the park. You guys don't have to come along." Kame told them as tried heading out the door again only to be stopped once again by Jin.
"I'll come along with you. It's the only reason I have to go there at midnight, plus it'll be more romantic for us 'coz it's dark and we're alone~" Jin told him with husky and sexy voice which made Kame shiver but he held himself together and flicked Jin's forehead causing the other to pout w/c he just smiled at. "Now's not the time for whatever it is you're thinking."
"All I was thinking was that we could hold hands and stuff without anyone bothering us about it.." Jin pouted as he rubbed his forehead.
But nonetheless, they headed out, leaving their 'bored' friends with his flatscreen TV, sound systems, video games, fridge, computer and assorted musical intruments. (seriously, how could they get bored with all THAT around? XD)

Kame and Jin were now on the road lined with trees heading to the park and as expected, no one was out and it was dark. But the silence surrounding them was something they kinda enjoyed 'coz it wasn't the creepy silence but rather the peaceful and relaxing silence. Jin slowly reached for the other's hand. Kame looked at Jin and chuckled at how he blushed as he figured what he tried to do. But nonetheless, he took Jin's hand in his own.
"You know, you don't have to be like that. You don't have to be nervous when you want to hold my hand." Kame told him with a smile on his face.
Now Jin felt stupid. He's scolding himself mentally about how he could kiss Kame when they were NOT together and not hold his hand when they already ARE together.
"I know... I just.. I guess I'm just not used to the fact that we're together now." Jin said with an embarassed smile.
"It's alright. I know what it feels like." Kame told him. "Oh, and you're right about it being more romantic. Too bad we have to keep it a secret from my family.."
"How come?"
"Well... They never really thought that I'll be dating another guy.. I might give them a heart-attack or something. And as for Kara.. you know the reason." Kame explained but never really making eye contact with his lover.
"I understand. But do you think you'll tell them someday?"
"Maybe.. But I'm scared of what they'll say...."
Jin then stopped walking and stood in front of Kame while holding still his hand. "Ok, but don't worry. When you decide to tell them, I'll be with you to make it all better. Then they'll see how much we love each other then I'm sure they won't be able to object anymore!" the older man said sounding a bit like a 5 yr. old.
Kame can't help but smile at Jin's childish behavior. "You know what, you're right. SO how about this? We tell them as soon as Kara and Kusano end up together."
"Deal!" Jin exclaimed raising his fist into the air as if he just won something.
Kame chuckled a bit and then pulled his still grinning lover over to the park because if they keep this up, they won't get to the park before the sun rises.

The 2 of them were still in the park. Kusano just watched the other rest until he felt her move. Kara was still a little tired so she kinda lost balance and fell of the branch. Kusano tried to catch her but was shocked when he saw her fall on her feet, still looking tired. Yes, her recovery speed really is fast.
Kusano jumped down from the branch and approached Kara. To his surprise, she was almost asleep. So he decided to just carry her home anyway despite the other's mild complaints which soon faded out due to her being tired. He was just about to head out off the park when he saw Kame and Jin heading his way.
"Oh, hey. She fell asleep." Kusano told them as he walked towards them, carrying Kara bridal style.
"Yeah, we noticed." Kame replied. "So, how did things go for both of you?"
"It was fine. It was fun." Kusano smiled as they began walking back home, still carrying Kara on his back.
"Any progress?" Jin asked as they continued to walk home.
"Hmm... I think so. Well, we're closer than before. So yeah, I say there's some progress." Kusano's smile grew a bit after saying those words. "

"All I was thinking was that we could hold hands and stuff without anyone bothering us about it.." Jin pouted as he rubbed his forehead.
But nonetheless, they headed out, leaving their 'bored' friends with his flatscreen TV, sound systems, video games, fridge, computer and assorted musical intruments. (seriously, how could they get bored with all THAT around? XD)

Kame and Jin were now on the road lined with trees heading to the park and as expected, no one was out and it was dark. But the silence surrounding them was something they kinda enjoyed 'coz it wasn't the creepy silence but rather the peaceful and relaxing silence. Jin slowly reached for the other's hand. Kame looked at Jin and chuckled at how he blushed as he figured what he tried to do. But nonetheless, he took Jin's hand in his own.
"You know, you don't have to be like that. You don't have to be nervous when you want to hold my hand." Kame told him with a smile on his face.
Now Jin felt stupid. He's scolding himself mentally about how he could kiss Kame when they were NOT together and not hold his hand when they already ARE together.
"I know... I just.. I guess I'm just not used to the fact that we're together now." Jin said with an embarassed smile.
"It's alright. I know what it feels like." Kame told him. "Oh, and you're right about it being more romantic. Too bad we have to keep it a secret from my family.."
"How come?"
"Well... They never really thought that I'll be dating another guy.. I might give them a heart-attack or something. And as for Kara.. you know the reason." Kame explained but never really making eye contact with his lover.
"I understand. But do you think you'll tell them someday?"
"Maybe.. But I'm scared of what they'll say...."
Jin then stopped walking and stood in front of Kame while holding still his hand. "Ok, but don't worry. When you decide to tell them, I'll be with you to make it all better. Then they'll see how much we love each other then I'm sure they won't be able to object anymore!" the older man said sounding a bit like a 5 yr. old.
Kame can't help but smile at Jin's childish behavior. "You know what, you're right. SO how about this? We tell them as soon as Kara and Kusano end up together."
"Deal!" Jin exclaimed raising his fist into the air as if he just won something.
Kame chuckled a bit and then pulled his still grinning lover over to the park because if they keep this up, they won't get to the park before the sun rises.

The 2 of them were still in the park. Kusano just watched the other rest until he felt her move. Kara was still a little tired so she kinda lost balance and fell of the branch. Kusano tried to catch her but was shocked when he saw her fall on her feet, still looking tired. Yes, her recovery speed really is fast.
Kusano jumped down from the branch and approached Kara. To his surprise, she was almost asleep. So he decided to just carry her home anyway despite the other's mild complaints which soon faded out due to her being tired. He was just about to head out off the park when he saw Kame and Jin heading his way.
"Oh, hey. She fell asleep." Kusano told them as he walked towards them, carrying Kara bridal style.
"Yeah, we noticed." Kame replied. "So, how did things go for both of you?"
"It was fine. It was fun." Kusano smiled as they began walking back home, still carrying Kara on his back.
"Any progress?" Jin asked as they continued to walk home.
"Hmm... I think so. Well, we're closer than before. So yeah, I say there's some progress." Kusano's smile grew a bit after saying those words. "
