Balance is Restored (At least partially)

There is always one good thing that comes from hitting a low point, I feel inspired to stop whining and actually do something, I still am in a bad state of dysphoria (as in I packed yesterday and I rarely ever pack) but people calling me a guy reminds me that my body isn't that bad. I know that the dysphoria will ebb away like it always does, the last time I had it this bad was at the beginning of the summer so it has been quite a while. So on my to-do list for the next week:
1. Keep working out
2. Keep eating less (so I lose some weight)
3. Speak to Paula about arranging counselling with Q:Alliance so I can get them to refer me somewhere else
4. Email the Aikido club to ask about joining
5. Read some Taoist stuff (because I am neglecting my beliefs)
6. Learn to drink tea
7. Meditate
