Sleeping monkey on the train....
Arrggghhh! I never got to see rent on sunday. We braved a snowstorm driving 45 min south of us to pick up amber's mom. And then we headed to the weidner which is 45 mins. north of us. Add that to the weather and it took us a few hours of driving to get there. Suprisingly enough we still made it in time to get student "rush" tix.
We were under the impression that you could purchase 2 tix per student. So, the plan was Amber would purchase a tic. for her mom and her. And amber's friend jessi (who met us there) would purchase tix for herself and I. Well, it turns out they could only each buy ONE. So they each purchased a ticket and Amber took her mom (it was her b-day present). Jessi and I could have bought balcony seats for much more than we intended to pay, but we had both already seen it from the balcony. So I took her to lunch and we went to the mall and walked around to kill time. I was really upset.
But Amber and her mamasita' got great seats and had a wonderful time, so that makes it alot easier. I really enjoyed that performance and hope to catch it again.
Today Amber and I have a date to go see CHICAGO and get a bite to eat before we have to go to work.
Amber rae is going to have a difficult stressfull week. So, naturally I will also.
But next week she has spring break and it will be mad lovin and relaxation for my sweet girl. Blessed Be, Jacob
