[ It is a 'fry an egg on the sidewalk' kind of day. Going outside hurts as mother nature painfully reminds you that you were not made to endure this weather. But you are in luck! As by some "miracle", a fire hydrant has "magically opened itself" by "someone who is not Luke" and is covering the surrounding area near the Tarqaron Tower with a high-powered blast of water!

I know I could just head to the beach or a pool, but... Well, this is convenient, isn't it? For cooling off, anyway.
