So I was reading the je_secrets comm, and the comments because I am masochistic perhaps, it's interesting to see the kind of wankery that people get up to.

And I realized, I am That Kind of Fan. That got into Arashi because of the music.

Haha, yeah, I was reading a thread and people were like, "Oh honey, NO ONE gets into JE for the music" and I basically took a moment to think about it and realized, yes, actually I did. :D I wasn't as into the variety shows at the beginning, because there wasn't much on crunchyroll in 2007, and only a couple of subbed clips. I saw one of Aiba boardgame from hell in DnA, and maybe a DnA theme song (which I was so grateful for, because it had their names to denote the members, so I could use that to tell them apart XD) and that was it. Lots of wtf-ery going around, haha. So I ran away to watching a lot of PVs and concerts. :P

Rock You! Oh, I love the piano intro to that, for a while I was singing along to it and trying to figure out what English they were singing. :P Now I had to relisten, and yes, Sho's rap. ^____^ He's not the strongest singer, but he has the deepest voice and it rounds them out very well. I agree with your point about Sho's rapping, it makes Arashi's sound less 'fluffy pop' and more real.

Oh Fight Song. I will never be able to separate it in my mind from them hollering and shrieking and bouncing around on those giant bungee things while Jun flies around with the most gigantic gleeful grin on his face. ♥ I actually haven't listened to it much. Nino wrote this one, right?
