theo and ceph are comin down to see X-3 with us next week, and im gonna do my best to ruin their fun
ari joined V, its good to have her around, though everytime i see her name i shed a single tear and beat my breast but twice for my stolen life's purpose, crono
im now gonna start meritin on the 67 war, because i build the merit pts, and frankly its the buddies anyway, and they could give a shit, and if they do care, i counter with not caring, cause ill just replace them with a BETTER FRIEND
in more serious terms, the more i see other LSes besides the old dogs fight things like faf or gods or anything that you dont kite/ninja tank, i always think to myself "wouldnt it be great if LS boundaries didnt exist?"
not for the simple "now that im lvl 72 and can tank with V without joinin them, hello lewtz!"
in my mind, its for the thrill of competition
im not sure if the other PLDs see it like this, i know my other half didnt, but i see another PLD, and i wonder how i stack up
and not just one of those "his gear sucks, he sucks" or the opposite, but to actually take them on in a dual tanking scenario
the other day we score a faf after a maint, and r0 and us team up to crush it, since neither had a buncha guys
as luck would have it, it started as Rhyse vs Mskitty, albeit she was on nin, and really didnt seem to have any intentions of trying to tank
regardless, kuro showed up about 2 mins late, and then the fun began
though really i dont know if he had my fervor, it was fun to see how kuro REALLY was, you can only get so much truth in ceph's stories
now, not to enlighten/bury his reputation, i wont comment on how it went, but i will say it was self fulfilling to finally be able to go against someone other than the usuals of my own LSs
i hope in the future someday, opportunities like this could come to me more often
best case scenario "hey Rhyse, we claimed faf/are gonna spawn seiryu wanna fight it?"
then the battle plays out, i take on one of their PLDs (dont even try it ninjas), and when it dies, they give me a prompt boot with a "thanks for comin an shit"
so you randoms from other LSs that read this, feel free to spread the good word and invite me (ill have to ask for disco's blessing 1st) to come fight things for ya for the simple fact of taking your paladins on and seeing how we compare in tactics and skill
as a final note, everytime i think of this issue it reminds me of those that left us
so here is a solemn tribute to the real eth, brucer and crono, the old school guys that have gone on to other endeavors
