Jail and GM Genius, a touching story from Rhyse
i got put in GM jail today
PO holding behemoth, good thing, cause its later in the day, so i can get home from work and watch, or fight, or have a reason to yell at people to get their asses in gear to get to
GMs called by some random kids that really know nothing about whats good for the populace as a whole, aka behemoth in primetime
so ara is tanking it, GMs harassing him with kill or leave or whatever, he was even talking to them in say
so he gets rid of everyone but him, stick, and koyori, all engaged, fight behemoth, still not good enough
they only have the one RM, and i sure as hell dont want behemoth spawning while im at work, so i help heal (what can i say, ara is a good man and stick was one of the few people to ever leave on such good terms....so he is forever good in my mind)
so im sitting out of the pt, healing as i can, not great, but not to bad (how hard does behemoth hit a guy with earth stick, 3 koes, defender, and other shit)
ara gets sent off to jail
stick begins to tank
evading more than i thought a monk could, so im healing him too
5 mins later, stick is sent off to jail next
so nevi takes over
i heal him for a good 40 mins or so? as he practically solos behemoth
taking his time with it, its all well and good
suddenly, like 40 to 50 mins after nev starts, he disappears
of course, i had been cure 2 and 3in for like over an hour, so here it comes after me
im gettin hit, still claimed by PO, im watchin KG (Twolf) try and get it off me as it beats on me
then suddenly, boom, GM jail
spilner is there (dead somehow), so i wait
and i wait
and i wait
but then!
they zone me!
so now im alone
and........nothing
no one says a damn word to me, not a single GM
so i figure they are trying to break me right? just let me rot until i crack?
so i give up after 1 and a half hours sitting there, and go watch some TV
i come back THREE HOURS LATER (4 30 total!) and geuss what, not a single thing has been said in the chat log
seriously, what, in fucks fucking name, is going on
so i call a GM through the help desk with "Ive been sitting in GM jail for 4 and a half hours"
one comes, asks why im here
i say im prolly here cause i was healing someone that was holding behemoth, allegedly
so he goes to investigate
5 mins later, he comes back
"Yeah.....you were brought here by mistake...and then forgotten about"
you have to be kidding me, well does that mean i was 100% in the right for healing out of the ally?
"yes, you did nothing wrong at all"
how did i sit in here for 5 hours then???
"well...we arent quite sure"
so then tell me this then, what part of the TOS does holding violate? like what part and paragraph exactly
"I dont know off the top of my head"(aka, i have no fucking clue)
well alright, just get me outta here
so there we go, 100% in the right, i rot in jail for almost 5 hours because they forgot about me, for being in there when i shouldnt of been
