So it's semi-sorta-official in that the mrs has sent an email to the family with the news.
She has quit Virgin Hols after 8 years loyal service. The main problem seems to be that they demand loyalty but are pretty unwilling to offer it back.
I got the teaching place. This particular issue still hasn't registered yet because I haven't had anything in writing apart from a couple of chatty emails that said things like, '... will be meeting Rhys, who is starting in September ...'

So I have a training day coming up (on our anniversary) from where a personalised training schedule shall be drawn up.
So the rabbit eats through wires, right? Victims so far have included two PS2 game controllers, the TV lead, the hoover and the stereo mains. Fed up with it all, I am edging towards a highly irradiated household and going as wireless as poss, starting with PS2 game controllers.
That I can't get to work!!!!!!!! 'Just plug them in and turn them on' that's all it says but they don't bleedin' work. Sent a mail to the ebay guy I bought them from (hoping for a reply) then figured I might as well contact the company that made them (Naki-world.com - almost too much like 'knackered' for my liking) but their support email doesn't work and their online contact page doesn't work.
WTF!!!!!
Now I have a headache.
