Small Change
Change, change all around...that's what's been happening lately. Although I can adapt pretty well, I still get nervous, and my nerves always tend to play out through my sleeping patterns and my dreams.
So I had this dream the other night. I don't remember much of the back story to it, but I was standing in a line waiting to pay for something and I was worried that I didn't have enough money. I opened the zippered change section of my wallet and I had what looked like just a handful of pennies and I felt totally defeated. Then I started looking at the pennies more carefully. I took them out one by one and I realized that one was a rare ancient coin - very precious. Another one was an indian head penny - worth some real money. I pulled out others and each one was a precious artifact or a rare coin. I was ecstatic - I had these amazing finds right in front of me all along. What was I trying to buy? I couldn't remember, it didn't matter. I could have anything I wanted and I really didn't need a thing.
