Okay, from what I know this is an American town. Does anyone have any idea where in America it is?

Well in that sense you are correct, but I mean that it is in its own little universe.

Most places do not loop on themselves in such a small distance.

Still, there is something for being able to ask someone where they're from and not getting an answer that defies the laws of physics and/or reality.

Either this is a highly advanced reality tv show or I'm actually in a coma right now laying in a hospital bed. My bet's on the second one right now.
