"13th Day"
Went to the "13th Day" event' in the Academy-Brum with Winter my g/f.
Met up with her at New St station, got big hugs, had a chat and a quick smoke before heading off.
After putting Winter's bag in Quarantine(cloak room), we headed to the bar...
We spent most of the time at the back of the hall, where we could actually hear each other, plus the bar was less crowded :) We spent a lot of time talking and was intoduced to a few new people. Had to run off to the shop when the camera batteries died tho' lol, took the opportunity to get more fags too.
When I got back in, there wasn't much going on so we went to Costers. The place was almost deserted and the jukebox wasn't turned up, which was kinda good. Got me a decent pint-was getting sick of plain cider! :(, still it's better'n lager. We sat at one of tables at the back and chatted some more, drank some more.
On our way back in,we bumped into Noj at the front door. Stayed for a chat'n'fag then went back to the bar. We went up to the floor about half way through Norther's set to get ready for Sonata Arctica. When they came on Winter went mad, was kinda funny to watch lol. Had a great time - Got drunk, jumped up and down and watched some good bands and all in good company :)
