Weight loss update. I can hardly believe this is real, too. I had to double-check that I weighed last week what I thought I weighed (by reading the old lj, which is why I have it). Anyway.

Weight as of this morning: 227.5

Weight lost: 6.5 lbs.

I weight 234 pounds, as of last night *pause here to wait for people to collect their jaws*
