MassEffect2 made me cry a little :)
I don't want to give spoilers but they let you find a journal of someone who has died. You kind of thought they were a dick and you find out that over the course of the previous game they had become a good person because of you... and you never even knew it...and now they are dead. It's not a big moment, no emotional voice acting, no flashy graphics, just you alone on a frozen planet with a data tablet.
