::RhumbaTecH O2 Atom

I bet my dad is getting pissed-off right now. In less than six months after he got his O2 XDA-mini, O2 has announced that they are releasing an update to the O2 Mini as the O2 XDA Atom (coded as the HTC Athena). However this time it comes with more memory, a built in FM Receiver, Wifi, 2 Megapixel Camera, Windows Mobile 5.0 and it will be in sleek beautiful black.

I'm not sure about the FM Receiver and its new colour, but the 02 mini users would definately appreciate the extra memory and love the Wifi. My dad was complaining about the lack of memory especially since he only has one memory card slot compared to my iPaq's two. Whenever he switches the SD card to a Wifi-card, there goes quite a few programs which he installed onto the SD card with it. His 64 MB RAM seems really miserable comparing to my 64 MB RAM and 128 MB ROM. However if he switches to this new product (which I am predicting he is going to...) his problems with memory will be solved as he will no longer be required to use his SD Wifi Card anymore for wireless internet.

In all, I think this is one great PDA Phone to watch out for. It may even be better than the HTC Wizard models which are coming out. Watch out for the price though. It was reported that Singapore will be selling this product for SGD$1,348 without phone plan. Expected to appear in Singapore in December.
