RhumbaTecH_: Dopod is going to Singapore
PPCSG.com has announced that Dopod, a Taiwan (yes... I see their products all the time...) based PDA company is coming to Singapore. This will prove a serious competitor to O2 who are selling the same HTC manufactured products. It looks likes Singaporeans will be spoiled for choice when it comes to PDA selections. Can somebody spell 'over-saturation of products equals reduction of price'?
The Windows Mobile products which they will be bringing over...
The HTC Universal or the Dopod 900.
The HTC Wizard which is the upgrade to the more famous O2 Xda-mini. It will be known as the Dopod 838.
Lastly, the HTC Tornado being marketed as the Dopod 586w

HTC monopolizes the market...
After clicking on this link from davesipaq.com, I realized that so many PDAs in the world right now are manufactured by Taiwan's HTC. In fact, they have monopolized the world by being the biggest PDA manufacturer in the world. Wow. Hopefully Flextronics do Singapore proud by putting their name in the world after coming up with the Microsoft Peabody.
