Haha, unfortunately, it's not really out yet. However I think that you do not have to fear that it would not be released in Singapore. Sony's been trying to outdo the iPods for quite sometime, and I'm sure that they won't leave Singapore out.
Until then, your alternative is the Sony Walkman Core. It's sold in Singapore right? The disadvantage would be the lack of colours, and that it does not have the capped usb port design form.
