As much as I am a little anti-Sony in nature, I must confess that I have a soft spot for Sony-Ericsson phones and a secret fetish that I will own one of them one day. They have two upcoming phones which have caught my attention recently and that are both part of their 'Walkman' series of phones.
The first is the W950 (news and pic courtesy of
SymbianFreak.com). It is essentially a PDA-MusicPhone with UMTS (3G) capability, and 4GB of flash memory to store all your freaking songs and kick the arse of the iPod Mini. Click on the news link to read more about this beautiful slim device.
The next phone catching my attention is the clammy clamshell W300i (news and pic from
Engadget.com). Also from the Walkman series of phones, the W300i is without the smartphone features, without the 3G and with miserable amount of memory that has to be boosted by the extra purchase of the evil Sony Memory Stick. However, it's a beautiful clamshell phone and I like it. You can see more pictures (including the white version) of it in the Endgadget link above and read about its specs in this news release by
Sony Ericsson Website.
