I'm so freaking hooked on Neverwinter Nights... I'm playing it every day... every night... every break I find... even late into the night... Somehow, I have feeling that my peak of being entertained by the game is about to be reached (it finally happened with Warcraft III). However until that day comes, it's Neverwinter Nights every night for me.
As a matter of fact, I just completed one of the premium modules which came in my Diamond Edition box of Neverwinter Nights. That leaves 1 campaign, 2 modules and 100 other fan-created modules to complete... ADDICTION is bad... real... bad... But I just keep going on, wanting to know what happened in the storyline.
I have seen so many Tech news which I want to update on LJ, but... Neverwinter Nights calls me... It calls me...
And then, other news on what's happening.
Winter has just started in Taiwan! And the mornings and nights are really cold! Brrrrrr... I was thinking a month ago that it would be so cool to be able to wear winter clothes again. However not with a cast. Damn cast. So does this mean that my toes are going to be cold? I think I need a snow cap for my toes.
And my left feet has not been washed in almost a month now! Wow... The feeling sucks and I think I can smell something funny once in a while (is it my bunk or the feet? hmmm...). Thankfully the ankle is recovering okay, although it still swells whenever my feet is down, but at least it doesn't hurt anymore. The cast will be removed on the 3rd of January and I am looking forward to seeing what lies beneath...
I went for a Karaoke session with my guys last Tuesday night. Some of them are leaving by the end of this week so we went out to celebrate. So I had my first 'outing' since my injury. Crossing the road was really scary. Everybody was looking at me like I am some freak and I move so slowly because of the crutches. And you know how Taiwanese drivers are. Thankfully I have two very capable bodyguards guarding me, Edwin and Vincent who made sure the path was safe for me before leading me to the KTV. Edwin suggested throwing me at the train station with a bowl. He said I should take the opportunity to earn some extra cash.
There is some political elections going on in Taiwan right now. I think it's the elections for the city mayors and village heads or something like that. So, in fear of riots and for our safety, HQ has giving us orders to be confined in camp and not to go out. So the whole camp is confined from tomorrow till Monday. Sad man. Our weekend burnt. I was planning to try to watch Harry Potter regardless of the disability. Everybody seems to have watched it except me. Damn.
Sigh... life goes on... and I realized that I am bad-tempered more easily when I have ulcers... which I am having now...
