Keep Trying
Ron tried to be patient as he waited for word from his wife. He sat anxiously on the bed, staring at the bathroom door.
“Well, Hermione?”
“Give it a minute, Ron!”
Ron huffed and grabbed a pillow, punching it as he waited. Finally, the bathroom door opened, and Hermione walked out. The devastated look on her face told him everything he needed to know; with two long strides he was across the bedroom sweeping her into his arms and letting her cry.
“It’ll happen, ‘Mione, I promise.”
“I want a baby, Ron…”
“I know, luv…we’ll just have to keep trying.”
