should i get a lawyer car accident
say a drunk driver hits a a car in a intersection then hits a non moving vehicle>mine< is this determined one crash or two for the minimum insurance qualifications his insurance is claiming one crash. while the first cars insurance is demanding, 15g to replace the car and i am asking 5g to replace mine and they are saying there is only 10 to split between the two...... this battle could go on and on with a lawyer even longer. i need a car semi bad here and we were hoping to get a similar car so that way a disabled mother can still get in and out of it. no i had no insurance on it at this time due to lack of payment didn't know it at the time mom was in hospital and she took care of the bills.
