Ok, I know I've fallen out of the technology loop. No, I don't have one of those crazy cellphones that can do everything including washing your clothes. Most important thing to remember about YouTube is the ten-minute limit. You can't upload videos longer than that. So you can put up highlights from old Towson shows and whatnot, but you can't put up the entire show (unless you break it up into a lot of separate pieces).
Secondly, you don't have to hook up your VCR-DVD recorder to your computer. If you have the shows copied onto a DVD already, you can just stick the DVD into your computer's drive and rip the video off of it (similar to the way you rip audio off of music CDs into MP3 files). I'm not sure what program to recommend for that purpose, though;

Not until about halfway though did I realize the tune from Al. Awesome.

As for the YouTube stuff, I guess my biggest question is the ripping the DVD. Yeah, I wanna get our preshows online (those that I have). Some of the quality isn't that great, but I know that a few people who never saw them wanna see them. (when I watch the Evita one, I still get misty eyed!)

Today's free software might be what you need. You have to download it and install it today, though.

Well, all i get is the video with green lines (I tried all formats), though I do get the sound. I'm so behind the times and usually is something doesn't work the first few times, I give up and uninstall it!
