Seattle v. London
I should really be in bed by now....gotta get up at 4:45 to catch the asscrack-of-dawn train to London tomorrow morning. I'll be glad when I get there. Meeting up with Mimi & Joe (!!!) to have high tea at the Savoy Hotel then I get to show them around the big city the rest of the day. Definite must-sees: Soho, the South Bank, and Mug's Pub (under the London Bridge!). Then Ronnie, my flatmate from the first year, is going to meet up with us on Wednesday and take us clubbing, Eastenders-style, yo.
Too bad my tonsilitis has returned. :-( I can't even get antibiotics till Friday. Right after the penicillin cured the right tonsil, the fucking bacteria went after the other one, which is why I'm suffering now. All I can do now is pop Strepsils and try not to overdose on them.
