Stolen Solitude
Here's a random update...
They're all upstairs playing poker so it gives me a chance to be reclusive and grab some alone time.
I'm alright I guess. I still want to go home BADLY, but the pills help. We don't talk about it much. He hasn't done anything about it recently. I'm getting tired of all this. But that's the way life goes.
Went to see Quantum of Solace last night... not as good as most of the other Bond movies, there was just something missing... it's hard to describe... any good Bond fan will know exactly what I mean though.
Not totally happy at work still, but it's paying the bills, so...
Starting to scrap a bit with Andrew, I'm thinking we need some apart time, but there's no opportunity. I can't afford to go back up to 100 Mile till Christmas, so I'm kinda stuck in this situation.
I'm thinking about getting ahold of Jen though and seeing if she wants to go for coffee. I'm tired of having no friends here. *sigh*
Have presents for Taylor, Keith, Janice, Mom, and Brenden and Colin. That leaves Jon, Dad, Jamie, Todd, Chrystal, Robbie, Jamie, Andrew, Samantha (she needs a bday present too), Kim, Kirsten, Jillian, Reena, Amy... *sigh* Jamie #2 is into Hanah Montana tho, and Robbie's into Dora. Samantha loves Dolphins, and Chrystal I think I might give her that "family" cross stitch I made a while ago.
