Aggravating Monday...
I spent several frustrating hours late last night trying to find some information on the old Brother sewing machine I bought at the Goodwill a couple years ago.
I even tried to hunt a picture of this machine via Google but I saw absolutely nothing that even vaguely resembled my machine other than the Brother logo.
Naturally there's no serial number or code to be found anywhere on this machine and I finally hauled my former factory maintenance man hubby in to have a look at it and he couldn't find any identifying marks either.
I do finally have it up and running. It produces a nice, even stitch but it's clearly in need of a good oiling.
Even so, it'll be good enough to put together a test shirt or two tonight. Please wish us both some luck--we may need it.
