Snow Day!
It is snowing to beat the band I think it is just a *tad* more than the 2" we were forcasted to get. Like by 6 or more inches! My shopping day was cancelled. My officemate and I were going to go to the bookstore and then to the fabric store and then to the bazaar because we need better lighting for our office and the bazaar is like a huge yard sale. If the roads are cleared, I think we'll try to go tomorrow. Or next weekend. Whatever. I don't know if I'm going to make it to church tonight. I'd probably have better luck walking than driving, but the snow is pretty stinging to the eyeballs.
In other news, I bought a new purse. It was one of those 'as seen on tv' purses. The Miche Bag. It is just a basic black bag and it has different magnetic shells you can cover it with. I've gone a little crazy purchasing the shells, but they really appeal to the geek in me. I just love magnets. I now have all the major colors (or they're in the mail) so I can coordinate with just about anything.
I was trying to think of what to give up for Lent and my mom suggested instead of giving something up, I should try to clean more/be cleaner and really, that is a pretty good idea. It'll be really difficult to do but also good for me.
