job interview
I've really been lazy in my job search, but today I looked at austinjobs.com and statesman.com. I applied for mostly bank jobs, though that's not really what I originally wanted. As it was, a very nice Credit Union (this place only has 3,700 customers) responded to my resume three hours after it was posted. I'm fairly certain I'll get the job, with all of my experience and my sweet disposition. It'd be nice to hold out for the loan officer job or the new accounts job, but I'm pretty happy nonetheless.
Austin's been treating me very well. I keep expecting to become deeply depressed, but it's been very nice so far. Still no real friends, but it's fine. Hopefully a job (and this one especially) will help in that department.
It's sad that I choose to watch Everybody Loves Raymond now.
My trip to Oklahoma has been postponed until this weekend. If any Lawtonians want to get together, let me know. I'd be delighted to every one of you!
