Well after a horrible week and a weekend of worrying we finally exchanged contracts on our flat today. We managed to get indemnity policies from the vendor for the lease issues and we had to pay for an indemnity policy today as they were worried about us doing 100% mortgage and not paying a deposit. Completion date scheduled for September 17th and
