Well it happened
So got a rejection from the submission. That didn't hurt so much as what the 1st round reviewer said: "I sometimes wish role-playing games had never been invented."
Now I've seen some obvious RPGish fiction. I've even written it myself. However I didn't think the story submited smacked of that so much. Oh, well.
