I am going to the real estate office tomorrow to fill out all the stuff for the bid...then get everything ready for the mortgage company...
I am really excited...this is what I need (big space...garage...big kitchen...my own washer and dryer...hehe)...but...
I am trying not to get my hopes up too much...because we all know what happens when I do that (it all turns to shit)
I still want to leave this city...but it would really not be possible during this time...with the job market and everything...so if I am going to live here...it might as well be someplace nice...LOL
