TV and Stuff
Thanks for the warm welcome back, everyone. :) I really am going to make a concerted effort to be here.
So, in that vein, let's talk about television...
~ Agents of Shield - Is it just me, or this show a bit on the disappointing side? Maybe I've just come to expect too much from Joss, but the only character I am remotely interested in is Coulson. Everyone else seems very...predictable and not nearly as immediately interesting as, say, the ensemble of Firefly.
~ NCIS - Don't get me started. I've spent the past eight years patiently waiting for them to either jump or not with Tony/Ziva, and then she leaves the show? Her final episode made me feel so many things, I am still too torn to watch any of the more recent episodes or decide how I really feel about the whole thing. Seriously, I don't think a show has ever literally made me feel my mood icon indescribable before.
~ Once Upon a Time in Wonderland - To be fair, I've never been a huge Wonderland fan. I had one of my very first migraines when I was young while watching the Disney version, and it forever colored my view. But actually...I kind of liked it. I also really, REALLY hope they develop something more of a story than "Alice searching for her lost genie love", because that's not enough to carry the show, and I say that as a born shipper.
What do you all think of the new season/new shows? I think my favorite newbie is Sleepy Hollow, so far.
In other news, having been a Mac user for the past several years has made transitioning back to PC for the office a really annoying process, largely because I am doing some form of tech support for the majority of our older, less tech savvy agents. I miss my Mac. :(
