A poll!

I know this can be a tough subject, but I really need help deciding what size range to make the bodice for the Steampunk Pirate Gown. Much as i would like to make it so it will fit anyone, that's just not feasible. So, I'll make it to fit the most sizes I can within a common range. To that end, I'm posting a poll, and please consider clicking, even if you know you have no desire, interest, or means to later bid on the gown, the more information I collect, the better I'll be able to choose my bodice size. (If you DO have interest in later bidding, you may want to comment and let me know; knowing the relative sizes of those interested may also influence my choice.) And please know, this is a very specific poll, designed to fit the pattern I'm working with and the alterations I'll have to do to make it work for a range of people. The options listed below are my best guess at the range of sizes I think I go from and to, not an indication of any category beyond that. Similarly, I'm in the US, and therefore I tend to work in inches, not centimeters, so the centimeter range is less exact, merely having been converted from inches. If your specific centimeter isn't listed because I 'skipped it', please just pick whichever category is closest!
In the interest of full disclosure here, I'll go first. My waist size is 37 inches, or 94 centimeters. If you feel comfortable enough to post your exact size in comments (which I'm screening), I would also find that really helpful! Thanks so much in advance! :)
