It's been three months since I conacted iTunes about my issues trying to d/l music from them. You know, you'd think if they wanted people d/ling music legally, they'd jump on things like this to fix them much quicker. I contacted them in January to find out the status of my problem and was informed they were still working on it (after a month!) and I would get an update soon. It's now March. This is absolutely freaking ridiculous. You can't tell me it takes this long to fix something if they are actually trying.
