Summers almost over
I havent updated in awhile so I figured I would before I go to sleep.
This has been a very busy summer.
I took two summer courses all in one month. They were extremely time consuming, picture a semesters worth of work packed into 5 weeks, luckily the Lit course was online.
I took a Drawing course and an American Lit II course, I got A's in both. I'm going to get some of my art from the class online and I'll post pictures.
So I met my nephew, from my half brother who lives in puerto rico, this summer for the first time. He flew up from NJ to spend the week here. He's 13 years old and boy was he a handful. I definately do not want kids for awhile, but he was a good kid.
So the never ending nerve pain has been taking up much of my time. The second back shot i got in July did not work. I had another shot in my spine on Monday, a horrible experience, i could feel the huge needle pulling out of my spine. The doctor has me on a new pain medication too, I think this shot is going to work, the constant pain and not as bad, it takes up to 7-10 days for it to work.
Oh, I almost forgot, Sabrina came up to visit and I got to hang out with her, I wish we could hang out for more than once a year, sucks when friends move out of state, but once a year is better than never.
This medication they have me on is an opiate and I've been reading up on it, they say a lot of patients have weird dreams and feel like they have a lot of out of the body experiences while on it. I've felt a bit spacey but nothing too weird. I just hope the pain goes away by the time i get back to school.
Three more weeks and then its back to start my senior year at Lesley. It will be nice to see my friends again and spend more time with Matt. It is so weird, these 3 years flew by so fast.
I miss my friends so much, getting sick of spending so much time with my family. Well I should probably get to sleep soon, I'll update soon with some pictures.
