Owie...owie....but so worth it....
Ok...that was not the brightest thing in the world to do. David and I went to a Jujutsu seminar with our Hapkido Class, after nearly a month of down time and now...we're paying for it.
We got tossed, thown, spun, and flipped over the course of 6 hrs, and while it was a lot of fun, like most of my class, we are sore beyond belief.
I managed to hurt my thigh, but it should be fine, David (my fiancee) does a mean massage...so long as I return the favor. I hope I'll be normal again by Tuesday for Hapkido class, if not...that's what Aleve is for.
Well, I'm off to a hot soak...Catch ya on the flip side! (no pun intended)
