OK, so it's the first of March. I can taste baseball season. In just a few days, the Sox will start their spring training schedule, and that should be enough to hold me over until they pound the Yankees next month. Usually, the winter seems long because the Red Sox end the previous season in the worst possible way, but this year, for some odd reason, winter seem ever LONGER. I think it's due to the fact that they won, so now I'm dying to see them hit the Fens as champions, rather than simply an optimistic team just waiting to be disappointed. It also didn't help that Mike got MVP Baseball 2005 early, so now all I wanna do is play that.
Alright, I'm gonna try to stop talking about the Sox for a second. It'd seem appropriate to talk about all the snow we got today, and how my first class (thankfully) got canceled. I got to sleep in, which was great. Usually I have to drag myself out of bed at 8:30ish in the morning to shower and get ready for class everyday, but today I got to do that at 10:00ish instead. I definitely appreciated the extra rest, because no matter how much I try to tell myself otherwise, I'll never go to bed before 1am. It's impossible, I always get too hooked on Conan, or hanging out with people on my floor or something.
Anyway, I'd probably like to write about more interesting or exciting stuff, but this entry is a great way to symbolize life at Lyndon State - dry, boring and looking for life. Ehhhhh....
