Yeah yeah yeah it's been a week

So, in an effort to make Erika happy and to keep up with the journal I've decided it's time for an update.

What to talk about? Well, nothing particularly exciting or interesting has gone on lately, so I'm a bit stuck for words. Hmmmm....I'll go the boring route.

My weekend was uneventful. I left school at around noon, and headed down toward home. I stopped at my usual tiny coffee house that I go to in Lincoln, and I got some food and some espresso there, then hit the road. I went into work at about three o'clock, and worked until close. I saw a couple people at Hizoyts that I hadn’t seen for a while over the weekend, and I talked to both of em briefly. The first was Nick, a cool kid I used to work with who stopped in to watch a movie. All was fine with him, it was good to see that him and Ally are still together, cause they're both good kids. The other was some girl Jen I graduated with, and it was nice to say hi and hear that all is going well for her (she went to school in Manhattan, something that I'm completely jealous of). But nothing particularly newsworthy or intriguing happened at Hoyts during either of my shifts....Well, except for Becca, Erika, Jen, Sara, Amy and myself all trying to paint Easter Eggs. That went well...eh...ok, not really. Apparently that crap needs vinegar mixed into it to work correctly, and seeing how Hoyts has excessive amounts of everything BUT vinegar, this was a problem. So I just settled for using a Sharpie (UNI-BOB!), and the other peeps just dipped their eggs in the vinegar-less dye, which pretty much made the eggs turn from brown to a light shade of whatever color they were trying to work with. Ahhhh, yeah, we work hard there...aren't we cool?

Today, I just drove up to Lyndonville listening to some Postal Service and Death Cab for Cute, which was nice. I like chilling out sometimes on long drives back up to school by just relaxing to some nice tunes...no worries, no stress, just the nice scenery (Franconia notch and such) and some good music...It's then that I usually come up with the most ideas for writing and stuff. Good times.

Right now I should be typing a paper for class tomorrow, but I'm just not feeling an Arts class paper, so I'm putting it off till Tuesday or something. So, uh, it's just about 1am, and if you aren't asleep or completely bored out of your mind by this incredibly witty and deep entry, you now have the opportunity to do either of those without guilt ;), because I'm boring myself, and it's time for me to get my laundry out of the laundry room.

Take care everyone.
