Back in Lyndonville

Ahhhh, so I had a decent weekend. Could have done without all that flippin' snow, but overall, things were good. On Friday, I got to Gilford around 12:30ish, and went straight to Hizoyts. I got there and finished up some things from the night before, times and marquee and stuff. Everyone got in at around 3, and not much happened. It started snowing late, so we died out a bit, but not as much as I thought we would. We did a couple hundred people, which is not a lot, but given the fact that our biggest movie is a kids' movie, it was surprising to do that many on a snowy Friday night. At around 6 I went to Patrick's to pick up food for the people at work, and I saw Brie working and we talked for a bit. It was nice to see her; I haven't hung out with good ol' cheese in a while. If I'm talking to Brie, I'm usually laughing. She's a cool kid.

I worked until about 11:45, but then I had to wait in the flippin parking lot until some kid's parents came to pick him up. It was wicked sappy, because he was about 16 years old and all he did was suck face with his girlfriend in the middle of the parking lot while I was freezing my ass off. I didn't want to leave, because I didn't want to be a jerk and leave him in the middle of the snow storm if he decided he wanted to go inside. So I waited...and waited...and waited...and finally at about 12:20ish someone came and got him.

After that I hung out with Jenny, Dave, Eric, Kami and Daryl over at Greg's place, but left soon because I was pretty tired.

Saturday I was supposed to work from 12-12, but Phil let me go at 8 because we were dead, and Greg wanted me to come over again. I wasn't too thrilled about the idea of driving to Tilton in the snow, so I called Brie to see if she was around G-town, but she was out celebrating Emily's 21st birthday (I STILL can't believe the took her to OG's...That's a scary, sketchy flippin place...all I have to say is one word...CAGES...) Haha, I ended up going to Greg's anyway, and hung out with the same people afrom the night before, with the addition of Crystal. We had some Coronas, Red Stripes and Heinekens, and then I just passed out there.

Sunday I woke up, worked 12-3, and then drove back up to school. Pretty uneventful.

Overall, I'd say I had a nice weekend though. I wish almost all of my friends weren't older than me, because they can all go out for drinks (a la Nate, Brie, Mike, Morel, Jon) while I have to be the flippin' minor of the group....ehhh...But I'm only 10 weeks away, so I can't complain too much. May 27th...can't wait. I sense some drunken nights at Fenway coming after that day...
