REMINDER: MFF Ice Skating Meet (xposted)
Fifth Annual Furry Ice Skating Meet
Where: Glenview Ice Center
185 Landwehr Road
Glenview, IL
When: Friday, November 19th
Noon-2:00pm
(Meet in Hyatt lobby at 11:15am)
Cost: $3.00 admission (with $3.50 group discount, reduced from $6.50)
$4.00 skate rental
This was such a big hit last year, we decided to do it again! We will be in the same location as last year, a straight shot of about 9 miles north of the MFF hotel, up I-294.
I would like to request this year, however, that everyone pre-pay either by Paypal, or paying me in person before we leave for the ice rink. I will not be taking cash at the arena this year.
If you pay via Paypal, however, I do request that you add 50 cents to the total price. If you are renting skates, the Pay Pal total would be 7.50, but if you have your own skates, it would be only 3.50. Send all payments to CESTANL(at)gmail(dot)com with a note listing your furname, any other people you might be paying for, and if you are needing to rent skates or not.
Please note that this event IS SEPARATE from the hockey meet that will be hosted by Poomie.
