life's little realizations...
i have turned into a boring person...
i am finally out of my house for the first time this weekend..well that's not entirely true..dave and i went to heart and crown looking to crash his friend's bachelor party..he was using me as his "way-out"..we even had a code if we got bored. secret body signals and all. it was more of a "should make an appearance and run" type deals..well we went there, did a circle around the place...no bachelor party to be seen, so we left and rented a movie and went back to my place. we watched Chris Rock's Never Scared dvd and then fell asleep..and tossed...and turned...and barely slept..seems you don't get to sleep the next night if you slept 13.5 hours the night before and sat on your arse for most of the day. plus i had my alarm set at 7:30 to wake dave up for work..no fun. contemplated going to sleep when he left..no dice..decided to get up and eat and drink tea..and watch the Muppet Show on youtube.
so now i'm in Cafe M...there are far too many people here for me to enjoy it...too many people staring at me begrudgingly because I am in the best seat and have finished my coffee 15minutes ago..fuck 'em..i've got my headphones on and am listening to helter skelter by the beatles..it puts me in a defiant mood to say the least. GO HOME COFFEE PATRONS. or at least GET YOUR COFFEE SOMEWHERE ELSE. there's a couple sitting across from me who looks like they robbed a tweed bank..far too much tweed on two people..they must be itchy. people with overthetop hand gestures and motions..people with little children running all over the place..actually the cutest little kid just came and sat beside me and asked me what i was playing on my computer..he had to be all of 3 years old. this is a result of bad parenting..no one taught that kid to fear strangers...he'll be dead in a year. poor guy.
sooo, tonight I proposed to alex to come to the bytowne with me...he has plans, but will see if he can squeeze me in..SQUEEEEEEEZE. if not, it'll be tomorrow night..
