I'm particularly pissed off at this rule change. While admittedly it keeps them consistent, I think their ruling on cable internet service was stupid and should have gone the other way based on the current ruling which has just been overturned. Damn lobbyists. Now I'm going to have to choose from either big brother Time Warner or comrade SBC for my government subsidized substandard internet access.
