You can still post treats to the Yuletide Madness collection! Well, for another half hour, I think - then that one closes, too.

ETA: I just saw that they're actually closing an hour later than that! So you still have ~70 minutes if you're still aorund. :)

Thank you! :-) I noticed that just after posting and have now posted to Madness. I do think the story would have fit better in the main collection, since it does respond to a specific prompt, but hey, this way I can also gift it to the other people who requested a story in the fandom, so...

Hopefully people will still find it in the Madness collection, too. :-)

Glad you got it posted! I hope everyone enjoys it. :)

Shouldn't all Yuletide treats respond to a repipient's prompt? As far as I know the main uses for the Madness collection are treats shorter than 1000 words, and treats that didn't quite meet the deadline for the main collection.

This is actually my first time ever participating as anything but a reader, so I am actually somewhat nervous, and really hope the recipient(s) enjoy it! :-)

I'm not sure about the exact Madness criteria - you may well be right, as I am going by this info only: http://yuletide-admin.livejournal.com/206091.html

I was interpreting the last point ("Works in Madness do not have to precisely fit the fandoms and characters requested by a person in 2016. However, each work must be a gift for a specific person or people") to mean these treats can be more general gifts, but I may not be interpreting this correctly.
