Thank you! :-) I noticed that just after posting and have now posted to Madness. I do think the story would have fit better in the main collection, since it does respond to a specific prompt, but hey, this way I can also gift it to the other people who requested a story in the fandom, so...

Shouldn't all Yuletide treats respond to a repipient's prompt? As far as I know the main uses for the Madness collection are treats shorter than 1000 words, and treats that didn't quite meet the deadline for the main collection.
This is actually my first time ever participating as anything but a reader, so I am actually somewhat nervous, and really hope the recipient(s) enjoy it! :-)
I was interpreting the last point ("Works in Madness do not have to precisely fit the fandoms and characters requested by a person in 2016. However, each work must be a gift for a specific person or people") to mean these treats can be more general gifts, but I may not be interpreting this correctly.
