Worst update ever
I know you're all looking for more details - but for the time being, this is all I have time to give....
Have been busy with births the last couple of days - my hospital privileges FINALLY came through on Monday - so I am no longer limited to homebirths!! Yippee....
Good thing, because one of my women who was due October 15th decided to have her baby yesterday....was at the hospital until 230am, home and in bed by 315 - up at 730 since I was not sure when my clinic started today - taking the cautious approach, aiming to be there for 9am.....I was racing out of the house at 845 (clearly going to be late) - and was well into the tim's drive thru when I though I should call the clinic and let them know I wasn't going to make it for 9 so I hoped I didn't have anyone until 930......
Imagine my surprise when she told me I don't have an appointment until 1pm!
Fuck.
I'm on my way back to bed
PS But I had my first ever, all on me, 100% responsible, primary client that was all mine birth yesterday - that's pretty cool! :)
