Yeast free bread? I need recipes for that!! I'm supposed to be on this yeast free diet (that's boring as hell) and I really need to make myself get back on said diet.

I'm allergic to mold which means most bread is off limits to me, and I love bread like I love chocolate, so Iâ™ve been trying to find some yeast-free bread recipes. I found one here that I'm going to try; I also found a few in the Joy of Cooking, but most of them have dairy (another thing I don't eat), which is frustrating. I'm making a post of all the recipes I find, if you're interested.

Thanks.. I will have to check these out.. my diet (and I'm slowwwwly starting to get back on it) is so boring. Paint drying would win the fun contest if compared to my diet!
