Woo, cosplay meme?
1. What was your first cosplay? (Think hard on this!)
First thing I consider cosplay? Asuka Langley Sohryu. The yellow dress, AZ 02. First time putting together a costume for a character? >_> I was 12, and Soulcatcher from Glen Cook's Black Company series.
2. Did someone get you into cosplay? Or on your own?
I had friends talk me into the con, and everyone was dressing up. I didn't want to be left out, so...I guess I got myself into this?
3. What is your favorite cosplay?
TIFA OMG. I'm so proud of how it turned out. Seriously. The one costume I've made that I don't have huge problems with.
4. Which is your least favorite?
....Mokona. ._. Those of you who've seen it know why.
5. At conventions, do people compliment you on your cosplays?
Occasionally, I suppose. I'm not one of those cosplayers who stands way out. I appreciate every compliment I get, though. =]
6. How many costumes have you done?
Just mine? About 25 or thereabouts. Including those for other people? About 30ish?
7. What is your list of 'Want to Cosplay'?
FFFF. Um. Marianne's assassination dress from Code Geass. Complete with bullet holes and blood! Alexiel from Angel Sanctuary, with moving wings. Suzaku Kururugi, Newtype art version, with my Deb as Lulu. AND BATTLE FANTASIA. YES YES YES. It's happening. I'm gonna do Odile or die.
8. (Girls only) What female cosplay do you want to do most?
ODILE. FFFFFF.
9. What male cosplay do you want to do most?
Suzaku. I know I don't really have the look, but...I love him. ._.
10. What do you prefer to do, make or buy your costumes?
Make make make. I love sewing, and I get such a head rush from taking an image that could possibly defy all known laws of physics and making it happen. See Sei and Tifa for examples. >_>
11. Your most memorable experience? What makes it so memorable?
Katsucon 08. Masquerade. It was something incredibly special to me.
12. Your dream cosplay?
Juno, from Persona 3, Alexiel from Angel Sanctuary, and Samus. Varia Suit or Fusion Suit.
13. Is there a pattern in your cosplays? If so, what? (Things like they have a certain personality, or hair colour)
LOLZ BOOBS. I always end up as THAT character thanks to people recruiting me. ._.
But really, I usually tend to cosplay minor characters, or sidekicks. Dunno why.
