regarding SPRiNGFEST '06 [x-posted to penfield community]
hey everyone-
Alison Waldman here. i am in charge of the Sidewalk Art Competition part of the first annual Springfest [which kicked off today very successfully with free ice cream!].
i am looking for one freshman and one junior who are interested in representing their class as a judge for the competition. the judging will take place during the final Springfest event on Tuesday June 13 and will only take a few minutes. it will be a fairly relaxed judging, loosely based on: relation to the theme of Penfield Spirit, originality, creativity, and use of [lots of!] color. winners are recieving a Springfest T-shirt as well as an eternally glorified name.

p.s. if anyone is interested in entering the contest, there is still time to sign up! the drawing of designs will take place during lunch periods on Monday, June 12, and you can enter as an individual or in a team up to 4 people. there are information/sign-up sheets available in the cafeteria & commons and must be in by the end of the day on Friday, June 9.
