Thank you all for the happy birthdays, it was a good birthday indeed.
Eva! So looks like the furthest we'll be able to go will be Toronto as my budget got sliced. I'll be booking airfare this week. Nervous and excited!
So I'm going to be embarking on a battle of wills with my oldest. She's starting to lie. Not big in your face lies. Little ones that you don't notice until someone points it out to you. And she's dragging Laura into them. So I'm going to have to enforce Laura's willpower while I'm at it. She usually stands up to her sister for a bit, then crumbles under the pressure. This is not right.
The cow that has been sitting on my chest...at least that's what it feels like...is breaking up. So now I'm coughing, but every so often a little bit will come up. Yay?
On Saturday I went to Borders as I had a 25% off coupon (YAY!) and I bought a travel journal for next month. I'm going to get Elias and Eva to jot in it for me, their thoughts on the trip etc. Maybe get Eva to doodle me something in it ;-) And then i'll read it when I get home and put photos in it. That will be the hardest, not reading it until I get home >.>
I'm hoping that my stimulus check will get here before I leave. that would be great! Megan wants some Canadian money as her souvenir, but I'm going to get her a snow globe as well for her collection. Laura wants a Canadian doll. So I'm going to have to be a typical tourist and look for a mountie (sp?) doll for her.
And in typical sick fashion, I'm rambling.
I think I'm breaking out in hives or something is chewing on me in my sleep >_< I washed my sheets yesterday again, so if that doesn't fix it I'm going to rip the house apart and sanitize it.

THE OTHER ROOMIE SAID HE'S MOVING OUT ON THE 12TH! *faints with joy* Hopefully the next roomie won't be such a fucking slob. ^_^
