Blargh! Blargh! BASHUKA!
Yeah, no idea where that came from or where I'm going with this. Random feelings of happiness today. Got a new loveseat (by new I mean gently used) and it fits the paint scheme of the basement family room for me and the girls. Very happeh with it. Need to plaster and paint the final wall and all will be well...until I start more improvements on it. Bathroom needs to be finished painting...but I gotta do that...at some point /sigh
Started decorating the bathroom around this...stupid...blue and yellow duck shower curtain. Which includes the light blue paint already in the process of going up on the walls. Then I'm told that the last tenant wants her duckie shower curtain back....ok...cool...didn't like it anyway. So I have blue stuff in the bathroom and I'm in Walmart today looking for stuff and I find this amazing purple flower pattern shower curtain and ZOMG IT'S INEXPENSIVE AND BEAUTIFUL AND IT IS TEH SQUEE!
.....but I have fucking light blue paint on the walls and blue bathmats already...ffs
So I find this shower curtain that isn't quite teh squee, but it's got blue and purple in it...so it's cool still.
And all in all I'm feeling good. Even though I don't get to have the zomg squee shower curatin, I do get to have an artistic hand in how my spaces are getting decorated. I am happy =)
Oh and I might have gotten a job waiting tables =) will find out this week.
